The ELM-327 I linked to will indeed work on Mk6 & Mk7 machines.....there's also one which has a separate "CAN" switch which also works, I think our Ned alerted us to it.... this one:

Both of them work fine on Mk6 & Mk7..!

Just make sure you use the correct Windoze drivers and the latest Forscan, you''l be fine.

I don't have the WiFi ones, both ones I have are just the USB jobbies...both work fine on 6's & 7's... :mrgreen:

Pretty sure Ned has the one with the "can" switch and it works with Forscan on his Mk6... :?

What year mk6 did you use it on as I read only 2004 onwards and all tdci but mine is tddi

The Mk6's I ran were both TDDi's, haven't played with a TDCi Mk6.... I believe one was a 2002 and the other a 2005..! So one analogue and the other digital... :?
