does any 1 have any ideas whats up with my van ?

i have a ford transit tourneo 280 swe 2lt

it starts up first time and runs fine for a couple of miles then it will start losing power and misfiring at 3000 revs and kicks black smoke out

Needs fault codes read first.
But if it a 125 tdci, then it’ll probably need new injectors

i havent blanked it off but will try that.

some 1 else said possible a hole in the exhaust? my exhaust is f***ed any ways. would that cause any problems ?
