Cant unlock Doors

mrs came in from working nights and said my van was all iced up , so i said be a darling and switch it on .she came back saying cant open it .ive spent 4hrs trying everything I can think of lock doesn't work with key and have always used fob I thought you could short out the van somehow tried charging van onjump points just incase I left interior on battery is 1 month old

Is there another van in your driveway if you work the key back and forth in the lock with wd40 it should move after a while just don't do it to hard or you'll end up with keyless entry version 2

I wd40 this morning the key isn't that old but have had the van broken into several times so doesn seem to work to unlock it

Putting power to the jump point and engine earth will charge the single battery, and power the C/L. If it's still not opening, then you may have another problem other than flat battery

I think its something else could it be the weather as it was minus 6

Freezing conditions can't kill a failing battery quick

I don't think its the battery but something to do with c/l, it seems to be deadlocked as I has tried to get in to no avail cancelled aa in October as they want 2 1/2 times what I paid year before, now up a creek without a key

I feel the remote has stopped sending a signal, the key I was using became so worn that i used the new key that came with the van, have used in the door a few time but now isn't locking or unlocking .is there anything to activate the central locking I could liven up, other than smashing my window , call someone out who knows how to open as spoke to my mot man he couldn't help and he owns a transit

if you have actually dead locked the van then even with a smashed window you still won't gain access
failing everything get your drill out and do the drivers lock
you need a new one any way

When you got a tool out last night it sounds like either the rear door loom went (if you used the rear door) or the SLD contacts arent working correctly, either can foul up the central locking.
I has the same with my van.
Is the back still open by any chance? If so get in there and undo the bulkhead.
