Ok so i can do the injectors leak off test and fit the scv and do the software updates etc.

I don't have a battery voltage drop tester tho but I do have the mega jump start charger.
Send me a pm with what you plan to do ok and I'll see what i can sort out, ideally Friday after 12:30 is good or maybe Saturday but I need to check.

You can buy genuine valves from Evans Halshaw Bretton if you need to, also buy 4 green injector 'O' rings (few pounds).

Iv just had the prv changed but do you think it has blown again with the symptoms starting again? Where about are you based mate. Also the mot runs out Thursday so gonna pop by the mechanics on way home and see if he can stick one on.

I'm in flint, the prv can blow again but you won't know until you remove it.

The 4 dashes won't usually have anything to do with the fuel system but more likely a low power fault, usually associated with a Duff auxiliary battery or ignition switch.
Other Telltale's are the radio turns off quickly without the engine running (some cases might see the stations reset) and possibly remote locking range/performance issues.
I think most likely you'll have 1 battery on the fwd but it is easy enough to check, also I'll scan for fault codes to see if egr or other things adding to the problem.

Right so the cutting out and ---- is what displays when the engine is stopped on the low spec clocks.

Van had hard to start and erratic idling.


I did a leak off test which came up fine so the injectors are good.

Fitted the new scv but it wasn't genuine denso but concluded at the end that it has worked.

The prv looks genuine though and still working etc.

Starts on the button now but advised to replace ignition switch and genuine fuel filter
