Mk7 central locking problem

Hi can any one help, with my
Transit mk7 2010 lwb
key fob not opening doors ,key with open all doors if put in drivers door but wont work off the buttons ,
Took the key to locksmith and he says the is transmitting so doesnt seem to be the key,
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

You have two batteries under the drivers seat, and the front one is past its sell by date :(

You'll probably need to replace the pair if they're Ford originals :wink:
