Yours may show a lower figure if a lower PS van, plus I increased mine from 1Bar max. When it split the manifold it would only show just under 1Bar.

You have to wait for your turbo to spool up   I don't have that problem :P I see between 10 - 20 psi of boost depending on how I drive. N

It was pretty good really, with the EGR blank and a Vantuner map it would give full boost from 1200ish, actually nicer to pootle round town in than the mk7 140 as it was shorter geared. 3000@70 on the motorway got a bit tedious mind, the 140 cracks that in 4th halfway down the sliproad 8) should be entertaining when mapped and 70 limiter removed.

Filled mine yesterday, squeezed £90 into it and it's only just dipped under 1/4 tank!
In 1999 I imported my smiley van from NZ back to the UK.
When I filled it up in NZ it used to cost me a 10th of my weekly wage.
Back in the UK I filled up and it cost me a 1/4 of my weekly wage! Don't get me started on insurance!!!!!

It looks about right - however I got the one from TunnelRat with a different USB-UART chip (Silicon Labs instead of FTDI) and can confirm it works a charm!

https://tunnelrat-electronics.fwscart.c ... 45457.aspx

PS: To get 500K speeds working, you have to use ELMConfig to set the connection speed in firmware - ForScan can't modify this setting. Once you've used ELMConfig to change the connection speed it will work fine in ForScan at the higher speed (at least the TunnelRat part does).
