It will with the initial key turn but should go off with the rest.
Probably a duff wheel sensor but get it plugged in to be sure and save yourself time and money by not throwing parts at it that arnt the problem

Ah...you didn't tell us you changed the BCM....it may need changed in IDS....But I'm not sure if ESP is within BCM or PCM..?? I guess it is since it's not working since you changed it..!

Hmmm, if it's "on" in IDS and there's no codes stored and all sensors/looms are ok, one would think it should work.
