Trying to swap my BCM using Forscan

I have a new BCM waiting to go into my 2011 and my plan was to use Forscan to pair the keys and reprogram etc.
Does anybody know if this can be done using Module Initialization on Forscan or does the pairing require a connection to the Ford server?

I don't know if forscan can do it but it shouldn't need to go online, ids does use incodes though upto 2012 ish.
