Newbee Question

Hi Guys
Recently bought an 08 Transit Torneo minibus, that I've converted to a camper. The rear heater system fitted isn't working.
Valve isn't firing, actuator not moving. Removed over head control and it seems to work as it should. Blower works too.
Cant find any info on fuses or relays that might be at fault.
Bit loath to start buying a new control board, then valve then actuator when it could be something daft.
Do any of you lot have a circuit diagram or a heads up on what might be wrong?
I've searched through similar topics on here, but have found nothing specific.
