info needed 100ps vs 140ps 2.4

hi just bought cheeply 08 reg van rwd 140ps with engine problems. i have also engine from 2007 100ps van. Will the engine itself will be the same, or 140ps is different beast?

They're a bit different, the basic engine is similar but a lot of the ancillaries are different, turbo, ECU etc... The 140 also has a centrifugal oil filter in the rocker cover.
