So buying a mk7 sport tomorrow.

Last one my ford tech moved the odb port and I had a steering lock on.

Was looking at these cheap trackers on eBay. Any good?

You will need to get 1 of these ...

Also use a Disklok as a visible deterrent....

There are other things you can do to make the van more secure, like dead locks on the side / rear doors

See someone told me to just disable driver door so can't be opened by the key mechanism but will still open from the fob?? Not sure if that's possible but sounds good if you can.

All good until the fob won't work
Happens a lot on mk7s alien probes interfere with the fob signal
Tesco car parks the worst place

That’s what I’ve done on my mk8 garason lock I was lucky with the disckloc still had one in the loft from the my old xr 3i
