Can you see it flash?

Well I haven't seen any led there. Just a simple chip in plastic box. Maybe you're talking about different part. I found receiver in roof lining and it looks like this (Attachment)

That's it, gently open the case and plug the circuit back in and operate the remote.

Yes, it flashes when I operate remote. That's mean remote is working, receiver is working. So where's the problem?

P.S. when i lock doors with key - everything just fine. It lock/unlock all doors without problem.

This may sound like a dumb idea but..
Try clicking the unlock button on the remote with the doors already unlocked.
Or visa verse.
I had a similar problem with mine, and found (By accident) it cleared the fault.
It may not be the same as yours, but could be worth a try.

Did you say you had ids? Can you read the config and either take a photo or see if it has the correct vin and asbuilt settings?
It wants remote central locking etc.

Your receiver goes to the bcm which processes the output to the central locking.
I had another member once who accidentally shorted his bcm somehow and I had to swap the bcm over as the original was broken:-(

But there's very limited things to be checked here tbh, key, receiver, central locking.

If the receiver is working then it looks like the bcm is the problem.

The receiver instructs the bcm over the can bus, have you got ids or elm/forscan to check for fault codes?

The fact the key works in the lock suggests all the fuses are ok.
mk7 08reg 2.4 T350 LWB MHR RWD
mk6 X reg 2.4 T350 LWB MHR RWD - scrapped
mk4 J reg 2.5 L300 LWB MHR RWD - sold on

Notice a trend there ? not too big and not too small

Disconnected battery, connected it back - everything works fine again. Looks like there was glitch in system. Finally i don't need to walk around my van again :)
