I have a friend with a 2.2 mk7 will a turbo from mk6 fit if I swap the manifolds over?

Essentially No..!

What year model and engine PS is in the Is the Mk7 2.2..??

If the Mk7 2.2 is FWD, the exhaust is completely different to the Mk6 2.4 RWD exhaust.

Is the Mk7 2.2 engine fitted with an "electronic turbo actuator"..??

I'm waiting to get his vin no as his no late doesn't come up on etis.

I was hoping I could swap the cartridges the look similar, I have a mk6 turbo but haven't seen a mk7 only on ebay

Also it's a manual actuator
