Luton box roller door help

Postby Daillytransport » Sun Mar 18, 2018 6:09 pm

I have 2 ford transit Luton box vans
The roller shutter is held together with hard plastic/rubber seals.
The seals are worn and one of the doors has split in 2
Have tried to put hinges on but it doesn’t work as need to split a bit when it’s going up at the top
Does anyone know of a solution or a fix for this as I can not find the seals anywhere have contacted ingimex on 3 occasions but they have not replied.
Any help would be appreciated
