Measure fuel temperature , as the sensor on the pump can fail making it read high ( with no DTC set) Just Unplugging it can restore the power

VCM-II is what we use to connect our Transits to Ford's IDS, IDS is basically their diagnostic/testing/programming software....it allows us to do our own diagnostic, testing and programming work at home instead of being bent over & raped by a Ford dealer..!

Unplug temp sensor on fuel pump temporarily & see if that helps.

have had this problem on and off with my mk7 transit and mine is everytime it pissed down she won't start and won't rev but yo be honest it's just not worth spending sh*t loads on a 9 year old van

Hi guys plugged van in to old scanner this morning and it came up dpf tried to regen would work tried delete eml did but come straight back on van running like new now but eml won't go off bin up down motor way running fine any ideas

If so wot is the correct pressure the pump should throw out and also the vapourizer is reading a 1000 degrees

That isn't a vapouriser reading , its from a exhaust gas temp sensor, the 1st in the exhaust probably near manifold, in some calibrations its not active but still shows in live data. If present & working well expect it to start at zero & go up to few / several hundred
