Mk7 115 not starting

Hi everyone sorry to be giving you my problems but I can't figure this out.i have a ford transit tourneo trend 2009 mk7 2.2 fwd and over the last few days every time I come to start it the dashboard lights come on but go off almost instantly and the van won't start it turns over but won't start.ive put a brand new battery on and a new ignition switch but it still won't start.its very temprementle it might work for 2 days but then I will go to start it and the dash just lights up and goes straight off.can anyone help please
