Central Locking !!!!!!!

The wiring loom on the rear doors of my 2013 transit broke some wires,
I think it shorted some of the wires (3-4 had broke off).
Whilst trying to fix this and finding out it was the loom I managed to lock the van but then couldn't get back into it.
I had a mate come and pop the drivers door for me so I could go work.
Ive replaced the loom but the van won't lock, key will lock the drivers door, the fob just makes it blink then sounds the horn.
Rear doors are open and won't lock
side door is locked and won't open from inside
Ive checked the fuse in the special secret fuse box and thats ok,
So where the hell do I go from here ??????????

Please help me, Im about to send it over a cliff atm !!

The horn sounding when you try to lock with the fob is because the BCM "thinks" a door is still open. You may still have a wiring issue, or the loom you fitted is the wrong one....or one of the door lock mechanisms is faulty...is it possible your "mate" has damaged the drivers door lock when he "popped" it.??
