van stops pulling at 2500 revs ?

I have a mk6 51 plate 2.0 tdi swb transit.
when i drive it and go over 2500 revs the van seems 2 stop pulling or it feels like the boost just cuts off ?
just wondering if any 1 could help me out or have the same problem ?

Mine is doing this sometimes, it may be the diesel pump . But apparently it’s more likely the egr valve , do you get black soot smoke? Is the throttle response poor ?

Can I jump onto your thread please, I have the same problems. Slow response, white smoke on start up, grey smoke on revving. I’ve changed the Egr and the control solenoid. Vans starts first time every time ......but slightly rough idle and slow response on the top end.

throttle response is fine and it starts up first time every time so I don't no what it is ?
bugs me ! I try a remap see if that helps ?

Remapped the van and it worked !
First run with out the map was 69bhp with 205nm toque (standard is 75bhp) but with the map 108bhp with 249 nm toque !
Was over the moon with it now I can pull up hills on the motorway !!!!

Sorry to bring this back up, where did you get it mapped? i have a 75bhp and it is Dier!
