Downplating Advice Please

Dear Sir/Madam,

I writing this email because I looking for some advise.
I would like to down - rating my Ford Transit VIN no.WF0LXXBDFL4R44308
The original Design Gross Vehicle Weight is 3850 kg and I would like to down this rate up to 3500 kg.

In this case I don't need to do any modification just change the Design Gross Vehicle Weight.

I have really big problem with finding ford dealer who knows what I am talking about.

Could you help me with some advise where I can go ?
Who maid to know something about this procedure and can approve this, please ?
