Mk7 transit knocking when reved

Hi I've got a m7 transit 85 driving on the motorway yesterday and it just started knocking only when it's revved it starts fine ticks over fine only thing it vibrates a little more and when I put foot on the clutch it judders anyone know what it could be

Possibly the injector clamps are loose
