Deffo due replacing. Looked like a worn brake disc on the inside.

Do the bolts need any threadlock??

Oh new one is apparently modified and just a thin rubber strip between the pulley and centre. Rather than the big heavy rubber jobbie.

Got a cheap £50 job from the local 'factors.

Looked decent enough, time will tell.

Can see a good 3mm difference in the pulleys where the old one has moved closer to the timing case and rubbed on it.
