Knackered my engine.

Yesterday my engine gave up and o think it's dead. Made a clacking noise just before a bang and I lost all power.
Oil poured out at the back when it was loaded onto the flatbed.
It's a MK 6 03 plate 2.4 - do any of you have a rough figure on a replacement inc. fitting?
Sad, it had only done 146,000 Miles.

expect about 400 for fitting and about the same for an engine, although my last replacement engine cost me 180 euros and it takes about a day to pull the old one out and shove the new one in, if youre having lots of tea breaks
