Load bay lights

Postby twin--turbo » Sun Jun 17, 2018 11:28 am

Neither of my two lights work when side or rear doors are open?

On the back corner of the side door frame is what looks like a push switch that has fallen apart? Where is the rear switch?

Cheers TT

On a Mk6, the load space lights are controlled by the rear cab light switch. Check that this is in the right position first

Look "up" in the drivers cab, you'll see a courtesy light at the front, (in the usual place) and another at the back near the bulkhead. The rear one has 3 switch positions: "Off", "On". and "Courtesy" (operated by the door switches). If it's "Off", the rear load space lights will be off as well :)
