Hi Guys,
I've got a mk6 75psi Duratorq engine -150k on the clock. I've had a host of problems but more recently heard a bit of chain rattle when cranking the engine and so think its probably wise to change the tensioner asap. Do I need to change the whole lot, i.e. chain, sprockets, tensioner and guides, or can I get away with just changing the tensioner and guides. I'm a poor student so if I can avoid changing the whole lot that would be ideal. Sorry if this has been asked before.
