Ok, I take it that there is no one nearby.

Does anyone have a parts list of what I need to buy so that I have at least the parts already before I can find someone to fit them for me.

Many thanks for any help.

You need
4 copper washers for the injectors
I'd buy 4 new rubber rocker top seals as well, don't always need them but if your stripping everything down you may as well replace them if your keeping the van
4 new leak off pipe o rings
2 new injector clamp bolts
When taking out the injectors keep them in correct order as if you get them mixed up they will need recoding
Might have missed something but other members may be able to help

I'm in Tring, not done seals on this engine but workwise I'm used to diesels in general and could help you do it once you have all the parts, but I'm pretty busy right now, I guess it depends how soon you need them doing?

I bought the bolts and clamps from the local dealer, They weren't too bad for price, and all of the seals from various ebay sellers, as the genuine ones were stupidly expensive.

Just make sure that the copper washers are exactly the right size, as there are a few different ones about :)

I might be near by but got enough to do on my own van !!

Is there oil around the rubber seals in the rocker cover ?

If they are dry then why do the seals ?

mk6 X reg 2.4 T350 LWB MHR RWD - scrapped
mk4 J reg 2.5 L300 LWB MHR RWD - sold on

Notice a trend there ? not too big and not too small
