Mk6 2.4TDDI Viscous fan

To save me removing this to check does anyone know if this is a serviceable unit or is it a throwaway and replace job , I did a Toyota one a few years ago and it was a simple remove split and replace the viscous oil then re seal and all good

I tried to take mine apart so i didn't have to remove it, it was a no just took it off only 4 bolts if i remember. I was lucky i picked up a gearbox and lying at the side was a complete fan asked how much he said take it result one perfect fan.
