Vin change in bcmii transit 2.2

Hi all i need some help changing the vin in the bcm what it is i converted a customer panel van from 85 to 140 the replacement pcm and bcmii are from the breakers the customer wants his new vin number in the new body control and pcm vin to match the vehicle wondering if anyone can help me is it possible to do this with forscan as ive ordered one
