Ive got them but left them at work but wont know if they fit till saturday :D

ps a pair cost me £10 made by nkn bearings

will probabley able to supply these at £15 with P&P a pair if they fit but will also look in to getting a pair of pulleys and doing them on a exchange bases for around 25 to 30 pound if any body is interested or with a belt for about 50-55 delivered if alls goes to plan

Just had a 2003 49000 mile 2.4 in & both tensioner & idler pully were worn out & noisy - you could here them when the engine was running ! no play in them but both shot...

Right guys did that job earlier today taken me about an hour including renewing the Vac pump

The bearings you need are NTN bearings part no 6203 llb/2as or a other make equivalant Or sizes 40mm o/d, 17mm i/d and 12mm wide (thanks MasMas for the sizes) which should cost about £10 the pair or I can get them to your door for £15,

Tools for the job are 13mm and 15mm shallow socket and ratchet or spanners
hammer and drift for knocking out old bearings and fitting new ones and a 10 mm deepish socket or spanner for the Vac pump !

** Before removing your belt note how it was routed around the pulleys to save having a minor headache during refitment **
