Does it have air con ? Air con relay is same as starter relay so you could try swapping relays over

The starter solenoid engages a switch which puts power to the starter motor.
The switch is often two copper plates on which elec arching occurs overtime the carbon build up causes more arching and contact is not made.
The switch is inside the solenoid housing which is the round thing on the starter motor, to which the small red wire is attached - it is earthed via the earth strap from the motor to the eng block.

Was DRRB 74 KW 100 HP 100 cv. Now CYR5 125 HP. PCM could still be for 100 HP.

It was the PCM that was faulty, funny enough it came up with a DTC for PCM programming error when i got the injector codes for the new PCM. Wish it did that at the start lol oh well all working now :)

I’m in Northern Ireland and will be a hard task getting someone to do that for me if it is my issues, I’ve just a clicking solenoid now, hinting has improved after I did a learn on the pump and injectors, clicking is starting to do me in.

Anyone reading this know of a mechanic in Northern Ireland will even look at a 15 yo van?

I’ve got these up now so I think my issue could be the same as yours.

P0645:23-28 A/C Clutch Relay Control
P0480:14-28 Fan 1 Control Circuit
P068A:00-2F ECM/PCM Power Relay de-energised too early.

Think it might be for the bin.

Cheers for the reply and letting me know.
