There's nothing there that says it's not a Luton, and a few pointers to say it is:-

Twin wheels
No bulkhead
No SLD's
No description of rear doors
Single cab, 2 doors

So I reckon that it's correct, it may have been registered after the Luton body was fitted to the chassis cab, hence no reg number on ETIS  :)

That list suggests a chassis cab, which would then get the Luton body fitted.

Can you check the vin again, and I'll try again?

Chassis WFOEXXTTFE5K10228

Reg MF06 HRE

Looking for part no for rear shock absorber - seems to be some sort of mystery to the regular suppliers.

Hello jolly Transit owners, Ive recently bought a 2007 rwd ex rac mk7 t330s 5spd, which I am converting into a day van. I will be using it to travel round europe and transporting my gsxr1000 too.

Please can someone provide info on the van for me.

The reg is: VN56 VJK.

I think its currently geared for towing, with a 5.11 diff (3000rpm at 70 mph), Id like to change it for the lowest ratio diff available which I gather is the 4.63.

Thanks in advanced for any replies I recieve.

4.63 refers to Mk 6 diff, not Mk 7. You can get a 4.27 for Mk 7

Thanks for the info, very useful indeed.

Will the 4.27 make much difference and does anyone have the ratios for calulating actual speed throughout the gears. thanks
