Dunno, but mine runs fine with it showing!!!
Although I'm unsure as to whether it is safe to run with the EGR multiplug disconnected for a prolonged period of time.

The only mk7 still with ORIGINAL egr valve!!!!!!

Cant blank it off unlike the mk6. Mk7 to clever 4 its own good, it knows when things r disconnected doors not shut, cant even fool it by locking the door catch with the door open so the interior light goes off, then pressing lock on the keyfob, it still blasts the horn n cycles the locks. How the hell does it know :?: Seen the film Terminator :?: Its coming true i tell thee :wink: :lol:
The only mk7 still with ORIGINAL egr valve!!!!!!

Just been playing about to see if it can be 'deactivated' without putting up a dash light!

Yep, the bigger round bit is the motor which turns 3 gears which opens and closes the valve, or in theory thats what happens :P

Lumpy idles seems to be a number of things at the minute, different vans have different fixes, some have egr's, some pcm calibration, some imv, some pressure relief valve, some map sensor etc etc, one of those things you dont know until its plugged in :(
I miss my 'courtesy van'............140 Glx..now a Jumbo :(

Yes mine got one at 24k and its now at 46k and its at it again, but reading coconuts last post maybe its somethin else :?: I'll have to get it in :(

or one after the other until ids brings up the diagnostic that u want to do!
