TBH a main dealer would be the last place I took it, unless they are a Backbone transit specialist dealer.
A good LPG installer will be able to sort it for you at a fraction of the cost.
There is a simple way of blink coding the system to get most fault codes, simply by earthing out a wire near the fuse box on the passenger side of the dashboard.
I'd not look for too deep in the electronics until the LPG dry filter and the differential pressure on the vaporiser have been checked/changed/adjusted.
