01 model - 2000 tdi fwd- new fuel filter-air filter-plenty of turbo pressure but feels flat-no codes showing in ecu- any ideas

what ps??? 
You only need two tools in life: WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

probably 75 ps, they are flat as a pancake but never blow an engine

good for the owner but not for you eh

EGR valve may be getting bunged up.. Admittedly ours started throwing codes out after a while but it slowed up loads before that happened on a regular basis.
Garage cleaned it up for us and after a day or two it was fine - runs loads better
worth a look perhaps?
