I was looking at a 260/280 before, but the FWD is putting me off as I may be in a situation where I need the traction (trailer will be a horse-box and may not always be on a "road").

3500 is the total Max actual weight the combination can be for weight laws
4100 is the total for licencing laws

It does seem a little daft that it cannot go over 3500 actual weight and yet the licence required is B+E but that's laws for you !
