Did you buy all four injectors then? I have had mine tested and are OK but still wary of them. However I dont want to throw money at it.

If your injectors check out okay, has your van ever had a pcm update? when my 350 developed a smoking habit an update sorted it out :)

I dont think it has had an update to be honest. My local Ford mechanics have offered to help rebuild it as a homer so maybe they could sneak an update.

My mind is all over the place right now with how to fix it and whether to do it masell or not

I would deffo ask them to update it, whether or not you change the injectors, and get the prv checked at the same time.

Yea we replaced all 4 as van had done 100000 miles and price did not seem too bad.
After fitting, and to date the van has returned 3mpg more than in the first 100000 doing exactly the same work.

And what brand you have put in place of the pistons. Tips for buying the place needed, Brand business of supplying only half the engines. Purpose all new pistons, kilometers amounted to only 125tkm.
