have done a few bits to the van over the last couple of weeks
fitted my 19" alloys

have no clearance problems at all,dont rub on full lock or on the arches,happy days.

have also fitted my new shape dash,took less than a day.not sure what all the fuss is about (childs play)
striaght fit used my old wiring loom header controls etc

NO GEM module or fuse box used here.

just putting in the stereo system at the mo (when i have time).component kit in the doors(tweeter in the a pillars)

ride is good which is helped by the coilovers and the rear adjustable shocks,i do play dodge the potholes :lol:

I'm looking forward to lowering mine with
19". It now look's like à tractor :lol:

What are THE spec's of your alloys?

I hope i have enough room after lowering.
My wheels are 8.5 x 19 with à offset of 42

Thats different, with the later dashboard.

No generic electric module, then you're using the old switches then.

you dont need to fit the module to run the later hazard switch. just fit a latching relay :idea:
