gearbox out twice still leaking

please help me,
my clutch started slipping on my 09 sportvan 52000 on clock,
so garage done clutch then it sprung a leak from bottom of gearbox to which the garage said the crackcase oil seals leaking now which is not there fault,,,so charge me to take it back out,,, guess what happened,,, yep day later garage is now saying the crackcase oil seal must be faulty and will take it out as a parts fail..
now I don't belive that it was the crank seal in the first place and could after losing my van again for probably days,,,,,,,, which is a nightmare because I work from my van,,,,,,,, strongly belive it will do it again,
please please help mechanic hero's....its killing me..

Do the same test as I did, clean the area with brake cleaner spray, it will flush all the old oil away. After that go for a test drive. Then you can see the colour of the leaking oil. Engine oil is nearly always dark or black if it is diesel engine. Transmission oil is usually new and clean after clutch replacement.

I think either way they will be ripping it out,,
its not good when im the one trying to get some awnsers where the garage are going wrong,,,
not a good sign.

I'm having same situation now and trying to get the carage replacing the CSC cylinder again, since in my case it's obvious that it is leaking now. Trying that next week though....

i had this problem with a csc they all looked the same but the oil seal on the csc was different sizes for the input shaft hence leaking gear oil from the box

well I gave it a flush out other day.drove it sat,,now ive just had a look....sunday morning....and yep its golden again,,same as when I got it back after the clutch was done the first time...
does that mean its the csc....and if so does that mean when the garage said the crackcase oil seal was leaking after the garage done the clutch,,,,really they just had not fitted the csc right? and blamed crackcase.
thank u for all of your help,,,,,,not good but ive got to give it back this week and want to be sure before I lose the plot.

If the oil is black (like when you dip engine oil to check level) its engine oil, crank oil seal
If the oil is golden, with consistency of oil, its gearbox oil, yes csc

If its golden and thinner than oil its brake \ clutch fluid BUT you would notice the level going down in the brake fluid reservoir, again csc
