Front Bumper info and assistance please?

2004 1.8 TDCi 220LX Connect - Front Bumper with spotlight holes ...

Hello people, can anyone tell me:

1. The correct part number for the above? (and)
2. Which way up the spotlights are fitted?

I (foolishly) failed to notice when I removed my old broken ones which way up they go, and I see that they actually have adjusters on them. So the adjusters are either north or south. I have no idea which. Makes me feel like a complete twat. Incidentally, just where are the beams supposed to be on fog lights? (i.e. where are they aimed in relation to the road; 20ft, 30ft or?)

spot lights or do you mean fog lights
they will only fail if the lights are there but not working

Nice thank you - are the adjusters at the top or the bottom of the fogs when fitted?

Anyone able to help me with the bumper part number as I want to replace my tatty one?
