What van do you have? Does it feel better/different and what's your mpg like? And do you have any mods on it only ask as I'm tempted to have my 90bhp connect done

I have a LWB 2006 1.8TDCI euro3 van the only other mod If it is a mod is the egr blanking plate.
It's a lot punchier, feels like it can breath now before it felt suffocated and as for mpg not got a clue as I can't stop thrashing the poor old girl. :D

So started building my Sub Boxes today, and i trusted myself with power tools!

Image

Test fitted the subs (i know theyre cheap but theyre going in a work van so if they get damaged theyre cheap to replace)

All the panels in kit form:

One dry built:

And both dry built:

Next is to dismantle, fit the ports, glue the edges, seal the inside joints and fit the subs. Then carpet them and modify the bulkhead to accept them....

Just replaced the old Ford speakers with a couple of JVC's. Also slapped a load of soundproofing on while the door cards were off. Off up to Castle Howard tomorrow on a job so will see ...or hear  if any improvement :D
