Have you checked the vac lines from the egr and turbo to the map sensor a small split in that will kill the power and make it run like it's got no turbo.

Mine doing same at moment I replaced the egr it made it little better I thinking injectors next :( mine being in ford they said egr valve and 3rd injector it a 110sport but it's being mapped seem to be same problem.

for a 110 sport which is a Euro 4 engine.

you have 1 vac pipe which runs from solenoid located on inlet manifold on the right (when looking at engine) to the throttle valve actuator which is also mounted to inlet manifold on the left.

a few know problems which can cause lack of engine power.

1. VNT turbo - Vanes sticking / electronic actuator faulty - result in lack of power as if no turbo - DTC will be stored if actuator is faulty.
2. Throttle valve seized partially closed position in inlet manifold - causes hesitant on acceleration.
3. EGR fault - DTC will be stored
4. Failed/faulty injector - DTC will be stored

Have you had DTC's (Error codes) read :?:

Intercooler flex pipes gone again. OEM parts.

Going to try the generic silicone ones now.
