connects don't have a bearing on a fork, its a slave cylinder/ bearing combined and if there is a knocking noise when the engine is turned off then its probably the dmf

Sounds a bit like gearbox thrash. The rattle noise on mine was springs on te clutch friction plate. Change the clutch and should be sorted.

Mines a 90ps tdci 2004 plate and it had a solid flywheel ;)

Well I ordered a new flywheel from fords on the assumption it was the DMF. I had the part and it was a solid flywheel. I have the ford parts guy at my local dealership my van details so it must have been te right part. Also asked my mate who was changing te clutch and gearbox at his garage and he said it was solid aswell.

It's a very strange thing with these connects and the dmf's. when I looked for a flywheel for a connect on euro car parts it only listed a DMF for the 75ps connect.

I've just bought a t230 90ps 58 plate connect and the engine judders between 1750-2000 revs now I thought dmf but being told it has and it hasn't got one, also feels like I can feel the engine movement threw the clutch when it's on the floor
