Not yet, i did not filled it, finished from my work late that days, only bought and install a new v belt, the old one was 1410mm long, and the one for a/c 1725mm long, for BHPA engine until 2005.

Second attempt, after weld the hole on pipe...ended succesfully!!!!!! :D

All system works fine, the compressor produce very good cooling in the cabin, but i don't know how works the cooler fan, now with outside temperature bellow 20'C, when power on the a/c the cooler fan don't work, the guy who fill with refrigerant the circulation, said to me that when it needs the ecu will engaged it, is this right?? a golf that i own, when power on a/c, immediatly get on the fan cooling...i don't know if its needs to put an extra relay...does anyone have a transit that has a a/c to tell me how it works on his??

Yes that correct the ECU will turn on the fans when required.

If you have 2 fans on radiator you should have 2 relay in the engine bay fuse/relay box

So I say, and I
i didn't put the second fan the small at least, but i have 2 relay for fans, 1 for normal speed, 1 for high speed.
A wiring diagramm that i have for cooling fans, shows that both of them work together.

Today i refill with refrigerant, as i said on this topic, viewtopic.php?f=54&t=145963
...also the electrician who fill it, not the same person with the first one which fill it on october, found the cause why fan don't work when a/c engaged, the fault part was the fan registor on top side of cooler.

Image
now all works fine!

That's why all most of pics hosted on photobucket are no longer available to view on here (3rd party hosting) :(
