From monday i will have all the parts that i need in my garage,

but the only think i have stuck, is that i didn't find wiring digrams for A/C, so i need the wiring diagrams of air condition, has anyone have that? i would very thankfull...

i have the workshop manual of haynes, but it has not wirings diagrams for A/C, and has some instruction for it,

fortunately i found this topic,
viewtopic.php?f=54&t=135101
that a member hopkins569 upload a usefull guide, that include A/C components and parts, and thank him, but has no wiring diagrams

i would very thankfull if anyone have them, and help me with that

used wiring connectors removed from crashed mondeo mk3, i couldn't find new ones even to the ford dealer, for patch wires to ecu and a/c wot relay, because no wiring harness for A/C was available, only one wire was available, from a/c button to the connector that is on the left side.

new wiring on the connector to the engine side loom.

patch wires to the ecu multiconnector

heater and evaporator housing, removed, a hole for a/c lines is already there, the upper one.
Image

the old heater housing, the dog is taking a nap!!! :D
Image

on the old heater housing, the spot that should be the exit for A/C lines, just is blind.
