My injectors TDCI replacement parts

I have had problems with my injectors for some time now also knocking when pulling away in the morning, the van runs fine but cuts out under load mostly if I'm lazy changing gear. My van is a connect 2002 TDCI Lx220 i pull my injectors out a while ago and stripped and cleaned them, this helped a lot but on one of the injectors had build up on the nozzle well more than the others. I have read up if the nozzle is bad it will leak and cause this build up, I'm trying to save the penny's and see I can buy new nozzles on eBay.

I was thinking of replacing mine and seeing if it improves, I also have a lot of air in the leak off pipes is this due to the control valves?

Does anyone know the part number for the nozzles and also the control valves?
