Hi all, can a dual cab 2010 reg swb be fitted with 3 seats? If so what implications for insurance etc?

Soz, badly worded post. It is a single passenger seat that I would be interested in fitting double passenger seat. Is it possible and what would be implications for insurance?

You wish to change front passenger seat for a double 
There's enough room for a standard full size single seat (Fold down type single seat is smaller)
But not a double....
