flashing glow plug light

Postby dsid85 » Sat Oct 18, 2014 5:47 pm

I recently purchased a 53 plate t230 lwb connect and when im driving the glow plug light starts flashing and goes into limp mode and its getting more regular. Ive had a diagnostic plugged in but it doesn't find any codes as when you turn it off it clears for a while? at a loss any ideas???

Cheaper than a set of injectors!

Where did you get your codes read? may need to have it done again maybe at a dealers or diesel specialist.

Change filter 1st & make sure fuel is getting to pump, if it is then could be injectors or high pressure pump breaking up inside and not maintaining pressure
Please don't send me PM's, i can't access them, when I try I get this:

Can you do a leak test if it's not running as it still won't start

If the pumps gone it will knacker the injectors and fitting one should make much difference. If its running now then probably just injectors. PM dieselboy for a price.
