Done 100 mile since the change seems rough untill engine warms up when your driving steady engine seems jumpy ?

Most problems with that is injectors to be honest bit you could try getting pcm updated and then recoding the injectors back in

I bet the fourth one is about knackered too or one of the new ones is leaking.

They were pretty confident that the 4th wouldn't need changing would that do it though with it running fine once warm?
I'm nipping it back 2moro there going to stick computer on to check it.

Personally I would've had all four done. Saves the hassle. Plus the responsibility is on them rather than them saying "oh it's the fourth one that's the problem".

Classic injector issue. If three needed changing you can bet money the 4th will too ;-)

They did a return check on it and they said the injectors are working fine so I'm lost?

Did they check the replaced ones as possibly one could be faulty

I am still confident that its your injectors
I would say new reconditioned delphi units with brand new codes, a pcm update and a recode and a 20 mile run with a new fuel filter will probably cure it mate
