2004 connect problems

Hi, I'm after a bit of help, I've recently bought a 54 transit connect. At the time it didn't realize that the check engine light and airbag dash lights do not come on at all, I've had the van put on a diagnostic to find out what the problem is, it came back with a load of codes-
P1288
P0405
B1359
U1262
B1318
C1165
C1175
Would any if these explain why the lights are not coming on?

The garage said they've cleared the codes and to come back in next week and they'll run the diagnostic again to see what has come back, how big are the issues I have and how will I go about sorting it?
I took the dash out in a hope it was just bulbs but there are no removable bulbs.
The van seems to drive fine although some times I head a whooshing sound when accelerating?!? But maybe that's me listening to nothing.

I'm not 100% sure that a 2004 is OBD compliant The codes on those American sites are often misleading, and give different fault codes
