Right, I've tracked the problem on my 2004 TDCi Connect to the throttle pedal.
The garage are quoting £200 to replace it. I understand from this forum that it's a 10min job. I know I can do it, but the garage say it has to be 'reprogrammed' to the computer, which I couldn't do(no code reader etc).
Can I replace this pedal WITHOUT touching the computer? And could I buy a generic one or does it have to be a Ford replacement?
thanks
Cliff
