64plate Transit Connect Alloy Wheels

Hi All, I no everyone asks about fitting alloys and its getting boring but need some advice from someone who knows about them more than me
ive got a connect 64 plate and i was told the stud pattern in 5x108, i got some jaguar alloys the over day which are 5x108 and they do not fit, it looks like my wheel pcd is more 5x100 rather then 5x108.

has anyone had simular problem ?

any info would be great, or how to find the pcd size of my wheels
